Expect to receive your shipment within couple of days, in case you have selected that option

Once patient’s data received, checked, and assessed, we come out with a preliminary treatment plan and discuss with you the treatment possibilities. (within 2 working days)

Once agreed on the treatment plan, you proceed with the payment, for the CAD design to kick off (which may take up to 1 week depending on the complexity of the case)

In case it was opted to receive the printable STL files, a series of calibration shall be performed in order to adjust our CAD parameters to meet your 3D printer accuracy.
